Business and Facebook/Google+
A business couod use a facebook or google+ account to advertise events, sales, product launches, create an event (customer appreciation day). It all needs to be linked to the website though.

Cloud Computing and Business
It seems like cloud computing could be a very cost effective way for a business to deal with its' computing needs/storage needs/license fees depending upon how many employees it has. Things coudl be easily shared and it would totally open up the "working from home" idea. The risks are that - (a) the internet might go down or a hosting site might go out of business, (b) once the information is on the interent, it's available to everyone, no metter what anyone says to the contrary.

Shared Documents and Business
Shared documents with Google Docs would work really well with businesses that have operations in different locations. If you were working on a best practices manual, for example, the guy in Australia, and the guy in Paris, and the guy in the US could all access and update the manuals together, without having to go back and forth through email, eg. much simpler communication.
